A restored B-17 Flying Fortress dubbed ‘Sentimental Journey’ soared over the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport today (Friday). The B-17G Flying Fortress is one of only about 50 known B-17’s still in existence worldwide, out of more than 12,000 built.

And yup, it came with a painting of our pinup Miss Betty Grable.
